Strikingly is a relatively new player in the website builder market. It was released in 2012, years after its primary competitors, and has subsequently garnered a lot of traction. The website builder focuses on single-page websites that don't require any programming knowledge.
Marketers and small enterprises will find it highly fascinating as a result of this. Pros
The strikingly is so easy to use that at the moment is on the website Strikingly I have 3 websites here on the strikingly and nothing better I can recommend.
Ease of use – Strikingly is extremely easy to grasp. Even first-time website owners won’t need much time to learn how their editor works.
Support – everything is well-documented, and the support service responds extremely fast (less than two minutes in my example).
Focus – while most of their competitors try to do everything, Strikingly focuses mostly on one-page sites, even when it comes to an online store. This is a huge plus, as it doesn’t make things complicated, and they do the job well.
Editor – the editor looks & works nicely. It’s comfortable to work with and comes with all of the options you want from a simple editor.
Cons
Mobile optimization – while it’s possible to preview a mobile site that’s automatically created for you, it is not possible to edit any parts of the responsive website if you decide to move or remove an element or section.
Pricing – if you decide to remove Strikingly branding and connect a custom domain, you will have to pay more than what competitors are charging.

Choice and flexibility of design (templates)
Because it focuses on one-page layouts, it's rather constrained in terms of design. It's excellent, however, that you can change the design without losing any material. This means you won't have to start from scratch every time you want to change the design of your layout. In addition, the style editor provides you with complete control over the appearance of your headlines, navigation, buttons, and other elements.

You have to pick the Pro or VIP plan. Otherwise Strikingly will show a logo in the footer and add “on Strikingly” in the SEO title.
Languages
The editor is available in 14 different languages. Using the Multi-Language option is the best approach to construct a multilingual website (requires the PRO plan at least). This will add a language changer to your site, allowing you to use sub-domains to connect different Strikingly websites (e.g. http://fr.mysitecom, http://de.mysite.com). It isn't the most elegant solution, but it gets the job done.

There is a modest app store accessible. However, some programs, such as MailChimp and Ecwid, will require a Pro plan. Also, if you wish to introduce a new function using HTML, there will undoubtedly be some SEO drawbacks.

The internet store is a fantastic feature that you can find useful if you also wish to sell things (works for both physical and digital products, with a max of 500 products). Payment gateways such as Stripe, Square, and Paypal are all available. You can use photographs, videos, and even encourage your customers to post reviews to display your products.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Optimizing your titles and meta-description isn’t an issue. However, don’t expect outstanding SEO results when your entire content is displayed on one page only. To create more focused content, you’ll need the Pro plan. This allows you to optimize each page (100 max.) for a different keyword.
Blog
Even though it’s not really common, you can add a blog to your one-page layout. The articles open up on a page with a different design, which is not the most elegant solution. On the bright side, there is a commenting feature, RSS support, and AMP available to boost loading speeds.

The contact form comes with a handful of default fields but you cannot add your own. You can create a custom form as a workaround, but – you guessed it – it’s only available on Pro or VIP plans.

You can protect your website with a password in the Pro plan. Strikingly also features Site Membership that allows your visitors to sign up to view member-only content. You can even charge your audience a subscription fee for being a member (Pro plan and above).

The editor does a great job, especially when you really just need a single-page design. The menu is well designed so no need to deal with confusing settings.

Strikingly is a great solution for single-page layouts. Putting such a site together is fairly easy and can be done quickly thanks to the easy interface. If you want more standard features, you’ll need at least their Pro plan though.

Can I create more sites than my plan allows?

How do I cancel the service?
If you're on a paid plan, you can cancel the service anytime to revert to the free plan, and the charge will stop by the end of this billing cycle (next month on a monthly agreement and next year on a yearly one). Note that if you are using any paid features, you'll have to remove those features or the associated sites before being able to cancel/downgrade.
Can I switch paid plans?
Yes, simply contact us at support@strikingly.com. You're able to upgrade/downgrade your plan, or upgrade from monthly to yearly, but you may not downgrade from yearly to monthly.
